Full-time | permanent position
For our modern and guest-awarded campsite in Simonsberg, directly on the North Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein, we are looking for one or two (m/f/d) very motivated Campsite Managers / Operations Managers on an unlimited basis from 1.2.2022.
You support us
-
by independently managing and organising the entire day-to-day running of the campsite with all facilities being essential: Reception/mini-market, shower house, swimming pond, sewage treatment plant and playgrounds

by looking after the guests at the reception

with a positive staff management and a simply administration
-
in the maintenance of the outdoor facilities and building management
You offer

enjoyment in dealing with people: This position is ideal for applicants with above-average motivation. Couples in particular can share the work areas well.

a management style characterised by a positive view of people, efficiency and fairness

routine in the operation of computers and in the use of office products as well as e.g. our PMS system, as you appreciate these as valuable tools
We offer perspective!
You will take over one of the most popular campsites in Northern Germany with versatile and varied tasks. The shower house and swimming pond have been newly built. As we would like to make even more guests happy in the future, we will expand the campsite. The site is open from the Easter to the autumn holidays. In winter, the higher number of hours from the main season will be compensated. A nice service flat above the reception as well as a car are available for year-round use – a new residential house is in the planning stage.
